Immersive Museum Kochi

• Please enter within the time slot designated on your ticket. You may not be admitted if you arrive outside of your scheduled time.
• Entry requires a QR code ticket. Please present it on your smartphone or bring a printed copy. Since one QR code is issued per group, all party members must enter together.
• A QR code cannot be used more than once.
• When the venue is crowded, you may have to wait to enter even after your ticketed start time.
• There is no time limit on your stay after entry.
• Re-entry after leaving the venue is not permitted. No refunds will be given after entry.
• Large luggage, such as suitcases, is not allowed inside. There are no coin lockers at the venue, so please store your large items before arriving.
• Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted inside the venue.
• Umbrellas and parasols cannot be brought inside. Please use the umbrella stands.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue. Hydration with bottled drinks (PET bottles) is permitted only in the lobby.
• Priority viewing areas are available for visitors using wheelchairs or strollers. Please ask the staff if you wish to use them.
• Opening days and hours are subject to change, and the venue may close due to unforeseen circumstances. Please check the Official Website for the latest information before your visit.

"Time-Specific Tickets"You can purchase tickets for a specific date and time.
"Same-Day Tickets"These tickets are sold at the venue only if there are still tickets available for Time-Specific Tickets.
*Since tickets often sell out on weekends, holidays, and weekday evenings, we recommend purchasing Time-Specific Tickets in advance.

*Preschoolers are admitted free of charge. We do not allow preschoolers to enter unaccompanied. Please ensure that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
*Each parent or guardian may bring up to three preschool-aged children. Please be sure to bring identification for each child (such as a health insurance card).
*Holders of a disability ID card and one accompanying caregiver may enter at the high school student or younger ticket price as part of the disability discount (only when purchased at the same time; valid for up to two people, including the cardholder).
*Please be sure to bring your disability certificate with you, as we will need to verify it at check-in on the day of the event.

Admission

• Show tickets on your smartphone or show your QR code in print. Please you (purchaser) and companion enter the venue together absolutely.

Q. Cancellations / Changes

Cancellations / Changes are not possible for this ticket after confirming your order. Please transfer your ticket (QR code) to your friend or family, if you can not go. We prohibit the resale of tickets at higher than our original prices for the purpose of profit. We will ask you to another time slot if you will be late at the specified time listed on your ticket(You may have to wait for your admission depending on be crowded).

• In "My tickets" > "Track my order" at the header > Enter your order ID (number of after #) or email address which registered when you purchased > We send you URL on e-mail for order content inquiry.
• Time to live the URL is just 1 hour. Please access the URL within 1 hour.
• The link after you got email is invalid if you use once. If "error" is appeared, please do order tracking again.
• If "error" is appeared, please contact us from inquiry form.
